The Benefits of Group Coaching
As human animals, we grow and learn in groups. We learn from each other. We learn by watching each other learn.
Groups are one of my biggest passions. Not only do I often facilitate group coaching work, but I also participate in group work personally.
Support is a key ingredient in the change formula. In order to create any lasting change in your life you need a good amount of support from others.
Finding likeminded people who share fundamentally some belief or aspect of your journey are the ones you want to seek out. You will want to find people who are committed to being in gratitude, curiosity, self-improvement, and making a positive impact.
In this episode of Allowed, two sisters, Mary Bloom and Anna Bloom, join me to discuss each of their experiences with group coaching and group work.
We discuss the impact and benefits this type of work has had on their leadership.
Sometimes it can feel risky to put yourself out there in a group. If you are able to open up and connect with others in a group setting you can find greater opportunities for growth and learning than if you are working alone.
Group settings provide opportunities for challenge, coaching, and feedback in a trust-centered loving environment.
